FAQ's

1. What do you mean by the terms "kingdom-minded" and "executive"? 
"Kingdom minded" describes a woman who is pursuing Jesus in every area of her life. Her goal is to be 
faithful to fulfill her calling. "Executive" refers to someone who is responsible for budgets and/or butts.
2. What is the length and location of the retreats?
All retreats are 5 nights in luxury accommodations.
3.  What are the 2026 retreat dates?
 SPRING: April 26-May 1 & May 3-8
FALL: Sept. 27-Oct. 2 & Oct. 2-7
4. What is the cost and what's included?
 $4500 for corporate execs; $3500 for ministry* execs (ministry=your name on church paycheck)
Private bed/bath for 5 nights, breakfast, lunch, dinner, journal, morning gathering & cocktail nightly!
Fall retreats also include round trip transportation to/from TQO airport.
6. What costs am I responsible for?
Alcohol, airfare, extra activities like spa and arrival/departure transportation on Spring Retreats.
5. Is my payment refundable?
Unfortunately, it's not since we've prepaid the lodging and food expenses but it is transferable.
7. What will the schedule look like?
After coffee and/or breakfast, we'll gather for morning discussion then break for lunch and afternoon
free time.  We'll reconvene early evening to celebrate and reflect on our day followed by dinner together.
8. What should I pack?
Casual, comfy clothing (last night we'll eat out) & pack your swimwear for the pool/jacuzzi or spa!
9. What should I bring?
Bible plus whatever you'd like for your free afternoons---books, running shoes, etc. (but NO work!)
10. What time is arrival and departure? 
Spring: arrival is the afternoon of first day & departure the morning of the last day.
Fall: arrival is mid-morning of first day & departure early morning of the last day.
11. Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes! There's a place on the Guest Information Form to list any dietary restrictions.
