I never intended to launch a retreat company. Yet I realized that the higher you climb as a female executive fewer people understand your world. Flourish gathers kingdom-minded women who understand the challenges of leadership and the desire to keep Jesus at the center of it all.

Business owners, executive directors, ministry leaders, corporate professionals ...women who loved Jesus deeply—but were running on fumes. Myself included.
Somewhere along the way, many of us began to believe that rest was selfish instead of sacred.
Jesus modeled rest.
He stepped away to pray.
He withdrew to be refreshed.
He reminded His followers that abiding always comes before He brings the fruit.
Flourish Executive Retreats was born from that conviction. Your God-given purpose is so much more than a to-do list.
